Pineapple Lime Chicken

8 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 to 2 cans pineapple tidbits

Brown chicken in pan with non-stick cooking spray. While cooking, drain juice from one can of pineapple. Add pineapple to honey, soy sauce, lemon or lime juice and cornstarch. Pour over chicken, continue to simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is done. Serve with pineapple tidbits over top of chicken.

This looks delicious! Do you think it would be as good without the pineapple? I know it is weird, but I don't really care for pineapple...

I think if you cooked it with the pineapple and then took them out before you'd serve it you'd be fine...but the pineapple makes the sauce a little bit sweeter. Try it out!
