Cookie Salad

2 3.4 oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk
12 oz whipped topping
20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
2 10 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
½ pkg. fudge striped cookies
Mix together pudding and buttermilk. Fold in whipped topping. Add pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges. Chill until serve. Crush the cookies and add just before serving.
