Ingredients
- 3 cups Guittard milk chocolate and/or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
Directions
- Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking.
- Pour into 8x8-inch glass baking dish lined with well-greased wax paper. Smooth out with a spatula to pop any air bubbles. Refrigerate until set.

Don't let the mixture boil, otherwise there will be a grainy texture! Watch it carefully in the microwave. When everything is melted and smooth, it's ready to pour into a pan.
