1 cup milk
1 cup yogurt of choice
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix everything together very well. You may want to add a little bit more milk. If the batter is too thick, then the pancakes become too thick. It is better to have the batter a little bit on the thin side.
Make sure the frying pan is on medium heat and let it warm up fully. When the pan is nice and hot, I take a cube of butter and just rub it arounf on the pan so there is plenty of butter. Then pour about 1/2 cup of batter into pan at a time. Let it cook for about 30 to 45 seconds and try to flip it. If it is cooked enough, then it will hold together when you flip it. Once flipped, you do not have to cook that side as long. Just watch how the first one cooks and make adjustments on the second and third and so on.
