Stuffed Mushrooms


1 lg. pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. sausage (16 oz.)
4 oz. cream cheese
green onions

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Brown and drain sausage. Add cream cheese while sausage is still warm so it creams together. Add onions. Spoon into mushrooms. Before serving, microwave for 3-5 minutes.

I went to a birthday party and they served a stuffed mushroom very similar to yours, the only difference is they used bacon instead of sausage. Very tasty for something so simple.
