Creamy, Easy, Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Guittard milk chocolate and/or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter

Directions

  1. Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking. 
  2. Pour into 8x8-inch glass baking dish lined with well-greased wax paper. Smooth out with a spatula to pop any air bubbles. Refrigerate until set.

Don't let the mixture boil, otherwise there will be a grainy texture! Watch it carefully in the microwave. When everything is melted and smooth, it's ready to pour into a pan.
